Dear Educators and Stakeholders,

I am excited to invite you to join me on a visionary movement aimed at empowering the next generation through mindfulness and meditation. My mission is to bring the benefits of these practices to one million kids by 2026.

Let’s partner together to embark on this important journey to empower one million minds. These are the ways I hope to bring this mission to life by working with Educators and students by offering virtual and in-person:

• classes for the students

• mindfulness sessions for the families

• bilingual meditation and soundbath experience for kids and adults

Together, we can partner to create a brighter future by changing student’s lives forever with these tools. We give them a new way of being so that they can exist as different human beings because we have intervened with these tools to navigate a hectic and fast-paced life.
