Mindful Kids Class: Navigating Emotions and Everyday Adventures

This bilingual (English & Spanish) class will provide tools and support to help navigate the highs and lows of young children's emotions as they move through life every day .

This is a live experience for young minds to come together to learn mindfulness techniques like breathing and meditation. We will meet in community on a virtual safe space to take a pause together and release everyday pressures and stress.

What They Will Learn:

  • How to check in with themselves daily

  • Recognize when they feel big emotions

  • Tools to support them in managing those big emotions

  • Breathing techniques to help soothe self and calm down the bod, when and how to use in everyday life

  • Various types of meditation, when and how to use them

  • Learn tools to last a lifetime

Who Is This For:

Kids and Teens

Class Duration:

  • 5 weeks on Mondays (Oct 2, 16, 23, 30 & Nov 6)

  • 30 minutes each class

  • Two time options available on Mondays

  • It will be held virtually via Zoom and camera does not need to be on

Class Outcome:

A more resilient and kind child who cares about others, with the ability to self soothe and see life in a positive way making a meaningful impact on the world.
