WHAT TO EXPECT: Enjoy a deep relaxation hour with your family. There will be some breathing exercises, a bilingual (English & Español) meditation and a soundbath. We invite all guests to soak in the relaxing vibrations of the crystal bowls as they sing to you and your family into a relaxed state.
WHAT TO BRING: a yoga mat / towel / reclining chair per person to lay on and blanket to keep body warm. A relaxed state will bring body temperature down.

LOCATION: Private location in North Orange County, CA. Address will be emailed after payment is received.
IMPORTANT NOTE: the price is per person as this intimate space can only host 20 people laying down.
