What We Will Do:

  • Learn how to effortlessly meditate in silence to connect with your inner peace

  • A personal mantra will given to help you go deeper in your meditation practice

  • Community live meditation 2 x per week and 1 weekly group coaching (will be recorded):

    • Wednesdays 11:30am - 12pm PST / 2:30pm - 3pm EST

    • Sundays 9am-10am PST / 12p-1p EST (1 hour) for community meditation and group coaching

  • We will connect via Zoom and cameras will be off

  • You will receive a pre-recorded meditation to listen and practice on your own

  • An intro personal session to share your personal mantra
